A 500-level graduating student of the department of Animal Nutrition and Biotechnology Asefon Nifemi Bernard died at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.

According to the information gather by UndilutedNG, Nifemi gave up to ghost when he wasn’t given attention in the Teaching Hospital.

Chaos started at Ladoke Akintola University as angry Student begin protest while other students were been chased out of lecture theatres with sticks for attending lectures while the protest is going on.

 

Information about the incident from witness

Nifemi went to change over the electricity and jumped down into a soak away. Friends said the soak away is full of human waste products. Friends tried and tried to save him by taking out some of the waste product in the soak away. Witness said Nifemi used more than 20minutes in the soak away while he was shouting “save me!” when he was been called on inside the soak away.

He was later been saved by friends and taken to Lautech Teaching Hospital. Nifemi was not attended to due to lack of Oxygen for some minutes. Friends tried their best to take him to another hospital but before they could get there, he died.
