#June12thProtest: Policemen allegedly arrest journalist and a Lawyer



           

The Police and other security organizations in Cross River has scattered protesting young people in the state.

As indicated by reports, some youths in denoting the June 12 democracy day, assembled at the 11-11 traffic circle, the opportunity field, IBB traffic circle and the Efio-Ete intersection just as at Marian Road to protest yet were scattered.

At the hour of recording this report, there was no protest at all in the state and inhabitants moved about their every day organizations without attack.

However, there are reports that the publisher of CrossRiverWatch, Agba Jalingo and common freedoms legal counselor, James Ibor were captured on Saturday.

A publication staff of the CrossRiverWatch, Johnathan Benjamin said his kin were inside the workplace premises dispersing flyers to drivers and others when the police came and captured them.
