Mo’Hits Records was one of the best record labels in Nigeria when it was still in existence. It brought us, veteran artists, like D’banj, and Wande Coal.
This record label was founded in 2006 by Don Jazzy and D’banj. D’banj became the first signed artist to the label. Don Jazzy handled the executive side of the label. The record label expanded to sign artists like Wande Coal, Dr.Sid, K-Switch, and D’Prince.
This record label was responsible for producing some of the best songs of that era with albums like “No Long Thing”, Mushin2Mohits, Turning Point among others. Mo’hits also attracted international artists like Kanye West thereby changing the game a little in the Nigerian music industry.

After the disbandment of the legendary Mo’hits records. Don Jazzy founded “Supreme Mavin Dynasty Records” in 2012. Mavin Records started the career of successful artists like Rema, Tiwa Savage, Reekado Banks among others.
Don Jazzy has turned Mavin Records into a successful label. Mavin Records won the Record Label of the Year at the 2014 City People Entertainment Awards.
