The Financial Secretary of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), Comr. Adeyinka Williams Olaseinde (Sir Newton) has given 200 Nigerian Students free data Subscription. Which has left a lot of them “overwhelmed”

Recall that on 11th July, 2021, the NANS’ National Financial Secretary, launched a program which he tagged ‘Sir Newton Data Intervention Program’ for Nigerian students stating that the data intervention is in fulfillment of one of his promises to Nigerian students in his Seven (7) points REBIRTH Agenda- Initiate lasting and cheap internet access for Nigerian Students in accordance to the demands of the Global World.

Speaking to the media team, Comr. Adegbite Tomiwa, the Director of Projects, Planning, and Programs said the site was opened for all Nigerian students to apply on 11th July, 2021 and the registration lasted for a week.

“Registration started on 11th July, 2021 and it lasted for a week. As of the close of registration, Two Hundred and Fifty students applied and the first Two hundred students were selected for the data subscription based on first-come, first-served.”

Omomehin Oyinlola Caleb, a medical student of the University of Ibadan in a message sent to the media team expressed his gratitude to the NANS’ Financial Secretary.

“I was so much overwhelmed with joy when I received the data alert. I applied for applying sake and wasn’t expecting any data but was shocked when my data account was credited by NANS’ Financial Secretary. It’s obvious that Nigerian students have elected a unionist who cares so much about them. It would be remarkable if students’ leaders in all higher institutions across the country can emulate the NANS Financial Secretary.”

Sir Newton said the data intervention program is just the tip of the iceberg, he promised Nigerian Students to expect more as he’ll be unveiling some breathtaking and innovative programs.
